High quality 0.125mm clear polycarbonate film delivered to European’s client

On May 8th 2023, Tianjin Elegant group finished 10 rolls transparent polycarbonate films, which sizes are 0.125*927*400000mm and 0.125*930*450000mm. These PC films will be delivered to our European’s client.

A few days ago, the polycarbonate film samples were approved after their strictly test and inspection, the high quality performance of the polycarbonate film got their highly appreciated and acknowledged. So they places 10 rolls order this time.

We have four production lines imported from Germany to produce the polycarbonate film:

Polycarbonate film thickness range from 0.05mm, 0.125mm, 0.15mm, 0.175mm, 0.2mm, 0.25mm, 0.5mm (we also could produce the polycarbonate sheet to 10mm, 15mm, 20mm thickness or customized).

Polycarbonate film width range from 915mm to 1220mm;

Polycarbonate film  length usual 400m/roll or 450m/roll;

Polycarbonate film offers excellent clarity in all thicknesses, high heat resistance, and superior dimensional stability for graphic art applications.  Pc film provides a high gloss surface finish while meeting additional requirements for added UV stability. Additional enhancements allow improved gauge control.

polycarbonate films can be formed hot and enable top-quality printing with standard inks using screen or digital printing. Polycarbonate film comes in a variety of surface textures including gloss or polished, velvet, matte, and suede. High Performance coated films are available with increased scratch resistance, extended outdoor weatherability, and improved resistance to cleaning and industrial chemicals.
